Q. Can I just buy one lot to build on someday or must I build now or within a short time? 

A.  No force build on any property! You don't "have to build"-ever! Keep your property until you are ready to follow your plan.  Plan for the future - Play now. After all, you are the important one here. 

Q.  Can I buy more than one lot? 

A. Yes! You may buy up to three lots on terms and as many as you want for cash. 

Q. Can I put up a small place just for the winter? 

A. Yes, 1100 sq. ft. minimum in a location where there is 24-hour security patrol.  You can feel free to travel. Your home will be safe. 

Q. Can I live on this land full-time? 

A. Absolutely! 

Q. What about shopping, schools, etc.?

A. City of Normangee (9 miles away), Madisonville (24 miles) and Bryan/College Station (38 miles). 

Q. We have some credit problems due to illness and work slow-down - can we still buy on terms? 

A. We finance!!  No credit check!! 
Make your payments as agreed and the land is yours.  Your past problems are your business.  We will work with good people.

Q. Can I put a mobile home on this lot? 

A. No mobile homes. 

Q. Who owns the property that is being sold? 

A. We own all the properties that we sell and you receive your deed directly from Lake Lots, Inc. when you have paid your Purchase Contract in full.

Q. Will I owe back taxes and fees? 

A. No. Lake Lots, Inc. is responsible for all taxes and fees prior to your purchase date.  However you must agree to keep them current in the future as they come due.  Just like you do with any of your other properties.
