You may purchase a property with a certified check or money order for the down payment and we will work out the terms with you on the balance for up to 3 years at 1% per month interest. 

Financed amount must be paid as agreed each month.  

A late fee of $10 will be charged for any payment more than ten days late.  A $25 service penalty will be charged for any check returned by your bank.  If this happens twice  we will only accept payment by money order or cashier's check after that. 

There is no prepayment penalty. 

Monthly payments are applied first to interest and the balance of that payment is applied then to principal.  Any excess paid with that payment will be paid direct to the principal.  You may pay any extra amount that you choose and receive full principal credit for that extra amount.  You may pay in full at any time that you choose.  If you pay in full before the first payment due date, you pay interest free!  You receive your Warranty Deed when your Purchase Contract is paid in full. 

Transfer fee. 

All properties require a one time only fee of $50.00. This charge is for the transfer of the Country Club membership and all property documents to your name.
